Before, during, and after Duster, there were many bands and side projects that were active. Some of the best were Mohinder, Calm, Helvetia, and Eiafuawn.

| 1996-2004 2018-Present | Duster | Originally a two piece folk band, Duster turned to slowcore and space rock, releasing some material, before going inactive in 2004. During the 2010s, some people on the website 4chan began sharing Duster's music, including some demos, which slowly increased their popularity. In 2018, they began recording again, although Jason had left the band in 2022. They then became super famous on Tiktok in 2022 for their debut album Stratosphere, especially for the track Inside Out. | 2001-Present | Helvetia | Jason Albertini's newer music output, which is the longest running Duster related project. Originally, it was a solo project, but then more people started to join his band. Sadly, in 2018, they all left for unknown reasons, making him solo again. Around 2021, Jason's mental health began to decline, and he pumping out more and more music, releasing new albums every few weeks in 2023. Helvetia's early recordings are said to be similar to Duster's. Jason has released more than a whopping 500 songs under the Helvetia name. | ![]() |
